What is a VAT? (Value Added Tax)
Most countries in the EU have a VAT (Value Added Tax) that we must charge you and then pay to your government. You can read more about VAT here.
Which Payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards & Crypto Currency. You can see them all at the checkout section. We accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, DOGE, MONERO, ETH & more via Coinbase.
Do you accept OSGP?
Yes we do, the rates are usually similar to what gold sites are selling gold for - You can view more information with ::osgp in-game.
Do I need to buy Ranks separately or do I receive it after spending a certain amount ?
If you spend money on the store, you will receive status automatically in-game.
I purchased items but I haven't received my Reward?
First of all make sure that you've tried to do ::claim in-game. If it's still not working please check on your email and make sure that you've received a confirmation that your payment was accepted. If it's still now working, please contact [email protected]. If you think you might've mistyped your username, please contact a Mod+ in-game or email [email protected]

Shop Terms
- 1. All payments are final and non-refundable without our agreement.
- 2. We have the right to change Shop Terms without notification.
- 3. If you lose any purchased item, it is not refundable in-game.
- 4. We have the right to modify any item with out notification.
- 5. We have the right to change prices without notification.
- 6. If a payment is suspected as fraud, we have the right to refuse service.
- 7. Any content debited in your account after we receive a receipt of your payment is merely an act of gratitude with you, however the content remains the property of Fantasy.
- 8. All Prices are displayed in USD (UNITED STATES DOLLAR) and might appear differently on the checkout page depending on which country you are from and which currency you will use!
- 9. You must follow all the rules in Fantasy. Even though you are a customer, it does not exclude you from the in-game rules. Your account may still be punished.
